The service must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, malware distribution, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access to systems or other abusive activity.

Do not intentionally open, redistribute or publish private content solely for the purpose of submitting an abuse report.
Privacy limitations
CHOPPNOTE is designed to minimize the information available to the operator.
Private note content is intended to be encrypted client-side, and CHOPPNOTE is designed not to possess the corresponding decryption key.
As a result, we may not be technically capable of viewing or recovering the content of a private note.
Where appropriate and technically possible, we may take measures such as disabling access to identifiers, restricting abusive traffic, preserving legally required technical information or cooperating with valid legal obligations.
